Only have to wait until tomorrow!

Hey Everybody!

Just a quick note to say that he will be here tomorrow! Mum has to go to the airport at 3:30pm to pick the little bug eyed monster up. I can't wait to meet him. Wish me luck everyone!

3 More days

Hey Everybody!
Hope you've all had a great couple of days?
As I was eating my breakie this morning I happened across an idea - Most of us have had a couple of collars (or still have) in their lifetime... So I was just putting it out there for everyone to post about their fashion statements - either bad or good. So post some pictures of your collars, clothing, harness or anything else that you've worn to get that 'look'.
I'll get mum to take (and find) some pictures and I'll post mine up soon!

Now onto the important stuff.

I'm on a mission. A mission to get everything sorted before my new brother comes in.

I need to hide all of my toys from him so he cant steal them. I also need to make sure I dig lots of holes in the yard so there is places for him to sleep away from me [mum: I don't think he'll be sleeping in holes, maybe he can share your bed?] - Mum, he is not sharing my bed. He gets dirt! [Mum: don't stress, he has his own seperate bed] He can have dirt! I'm claiming that bed too. I need to constantly put my food bowl in differant places to make sure he can never ever find it and steal my food. Is there anything else that I should do? I've never had a younger brother or sister before - only an older sister who passed away a few years ago.

  • Mum gave me a good brush the other day - I'm still loosing heaps of fur. But as she was brushing me she went through a list of things she has got:
  • Crate
  • Blanket
  • toys (apparently they are way to small for me)
  • 3 x collars (she couldn't make up her mind)
  • 2 x leads
  • bed
  • a couple of jumpers (cause he has no fur like me)

Things she needs to get:

  • Harness (and matching lead)
  • bowls
  • Puppy Pads
  • Puppy Food
  • Paper Towel
  • Baby Wipes

She is so excited but also a little nervous as she has to drive to the airport - and althoughs he has done that heaps, she has never had to pick up a puppy from there so she is a little unsure where to go. She said she has to call them today and find out.

I'm pretty excited myself - although jealous because I've never been on an aeroplane before, but neither has mum. So the pup has done exciting things that we haven't.

Yikes!

Hi Everybody!

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I know I sure did - even if did get pretty scarey halfway through it.

Everyone knows my beautiful car:Well it tried to kill my mum!
On Sunday night she was driving home from her friend's place (about a 3 minute drive) when she noticed smoke coming from the windscreen dimister vents. She got really scared and pulled the car over imediatly and grabbed her camera and jumped out of the car.
She called her friend (the one she had been at) and he came straight away with his dad. When his dad (who we'll call P), When P opened the door he could smell the smoke straight away and said it must have been an electrical fault somewhere.
Mum was releived that the whole car didn't catch on fire - but she was also annoyed to the hills considering my car has had so many problems since she bought it. So P disconnected the battery and it sat there for the night - Mum was dropped home by her friend.
Luckily, when mum's dad had a look at it the next day it turned out to be just the radio - which had burnt out and smouldered on itself. So that is now removed and thankfully it isn't going to cost much to put in a new CD player. Mum is extremely relieved!
Luckily I wasn't in the car!
We did go for a hike the day earlier though - It was great. I got to wear my pack and everything.
5 More days to Go!

10 More days

Hey everybody!
I hope you are all well. I am still in a state of maulting... Woo... it's getting beyond a joke now. Even I'm sick of seeing fur floating around in the backyard. Sure, it looks like snow but on a 30 degree day (celcious) then it really doesn't feel like snow.

I think the evil cat has gone completely mad! He flops himself down infront (or behind) doorways and then complains when doors are opened up on him? What does he think he is? A door snake?

Whilst in the process of accidently cracking her phone screen, mum also showed me the new photos of my new little brother. He is too cute!

I can't believe his ears are up already. Although I was looking at some puppy photos of myself the other day and my ears were up and standing by 8 weeks also... Maybe it's just a sign of a genious like myself.

If that is a sign of a genious then he better not be smarter then me - cause his eye is funny and that would just be embarrasing to a classy girl as myself to be shown up by her younger bug eyed brother. Mum said I better not call him bug eyed when he gets here - I keep telling her its in an affactionate way... I don't think she beleives me.

15 More Days

Hey Everyone!

There is only 15 more days until my brother is coming and mum is starting to stress... She hasn't got anything ready for him and is worried that he'll get here and wont even have a bed to sleep on! I guess she better get shopping.

I'm still maulting - so it still looks like its snowing outside. Mum said that she'll book me into the groomers soon, she just wants to make sure that the majority of fur is out or on the way out.

I don't have a problem with groomers, they give me snacks. What I have a problem with is their need to brush my back legs and tail! I have never liked it and never will. Oh and that blow dryer thing is scarey!
Not a very good picture of them but here are the pups... Um - I can't really tell which one my brother is (they all look so much alike) but I think it is the one with his head in the bowl at the top of the picture (going by the back marking).

And a picture with their mum -

I think he is the one on his side drinking with his paw up.

I so can't wait till he comes!

Count Down

Hey Everyone!
Unfortunatly I don't have any new pictures...
However I just thought I'd drop in the say thanks for everyones best wishes for mum. I made her read them and she felt a lot better and told me to thank you all.
So Thankyou!
My new baby brother - who doesn't have a name yet, it'll come when mum picks him up from the airport (does anyone know what that is? Cause I don't) as mum decided that she can't name him because she hasn't seen him in person yet.
She is very excited about it and so am I. I can't wait to show him the ropes of how to dig up the garden to make nice cozy holes to sleep in.
Mum said he probably wont like the dirt as much as me which had me confused... Who doesn't like dirt?!
Tweedle dee... it's that time of year again when I get super itchy and my undercoat falls out. This time of year sucks because I'm not allowed inside or in the car because I leave a trail of white fluff everywhere I touch. It sucks, but unfortunatly it has to be this way. Mum says that they haven't invented a vacuum cleaner yet that will actually suck up my fur when it falls out, and until they do, I have to remain outside when shedding.
Now don't get me wrong - I love it outside. I love being in the dirt, chasing (and sometimes catching) birds and just being the queen of my realm... But I don't have the enemy cat outside with me, so it's just not the same...

Just Dropping in.

Hey Everybody!

Not a long post but thought I best let you all know that I'm alive and well and had a great Christmas and New Year.

I hope everyone else is doing good.

Mum's going through some pretty tough stuff at the moment so I have to be there for her instead of here.

I can say though I'm getting a baby brother on the 10th of Feb.
His the one on the left of the photo (with the tick on his back).

Thankfully the thought of getting him home is keeping mum going.
